Proof of Insurance: Simply provides proof you have insurance

Certificate Holder Only: Provides proof of insurance to a specific company/person requesting without naming them additional insured

Additional Insured: Provides proof of insurance to a specific company/person requesting which allows them to file a claim against your policy for work you perform

Renew Existing Certificates: Allows you to request multiple or single renewal certs already previously issued when a policy renews

  • Your policy may exclude coverage for Homeowners' Associations, condo, multi-unit or tract work. It is your responsibility to confirm with your agent if your policy includes this coverage.

  • Normal processing times allow 1-2 business days should no additional coverages apply.

  • If additional coverages are needed to complete your request, you will receive a copy of the certificate with the current coverages in force. The email will ask if you would like a quote for the additional coverages needed to complete your request. This takes additional processing time and must allow up to 5-7 business days.
